Customers must never share an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, banking password, or other confidential payment credential with any person claiming to represent The Perfume Villa.

11. Payment Failure and Amount Deduction

A payment may fail because of bank downtime, network failure, incorrect credentials, payment-provider issues, transaction limits, or security checks.

If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed:

  • Customers should first check their bank or payment account;

  • The amount may be automatically reversed by the bank or payment provider;

  • Customers may contact us with the payment reference number and registered contact details;

  • Resolution timelines may depend on the bank, card network, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

The Perfume Villa cannot guarantee an immediate reversal where the funds are held by a third-party payment provider.

12. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available only for selected pincodes, products, and order values.

We may contact the customer to verify a Cash on Delivery order before dispatch.

We reserve the right to disable or cancel Cash on Delivery where:

  • The address cannot be verified;

  • Previous orders have been refused or undelivered;

  • The pincode is not serviceable;

Any Cash on Delivery handling charge will be displayed before the order is placed.

13. Order Cancellation
